Tokyo Bay Fit Out

Stanley Interiors were contracted to fit out the restaurant, including the kitchen and bar, and bought the owners vision to life. The client was closely involved in the project, regularly checking on progress and working alongside his own Japanese carpenter who undertook specific finishing work.

The base build complex was under construction concurrently, which accommodates three tenants in total. It allows for future relocation if desired, has two toilet blocks, two service yards, 130 carparks, a 30m long bridge into an adjoining building and included the refurbishment of the adjoining building facades.

The Stanley team progressed the fit out programme, working in with the base build work and speciality finishing to get the project completed on time, while ensuring that all parties on site upheld the strict SSSP processes.

The finished product is a stylish venue which offers an authentic Japanese experience in every way.
