Albany High School Relocation

The Albany Senior High School interim buildings were built to serve the needs of the school until their new permanent building was complete.

Clever building? We think so…

Part of the brief was for them to be re-locatable, and, in early 2010, Stanleys were asked to relocate them from Albany to MIT’s campus in Otara, South Auckland. The relocation was carried out to budget and completed three weeks ahead of programme.

Clever building? We think so…the classrooms were moved at off peak times to avoid traffic congestion, and put in place by our team on new foundations in sequence, forming the new campus.
