Significant savings for developer

Building a 37-unit apartment complex in Napier using modular units saved the developer approximately four months in construction time. That saving reduced a host of development costs and improved the developer's overall return on investments.

Stanley Modular provided advice during design to ensure the projects could be constructed using modular methods. The two storey apartment complex was divided into 66 modules, all of which were constructed at the Stanley Modular factory in Matamata and transported to Napier overnight. Each module was lifted into place by crane, then finished on site.
