Our commitment to great customer service is matched only by our commitment to moving forward. When we see a way to improve the way we work, by adding value or streamlining the production process, we’re prepared to take it on board. Here are some of the principles and practices we’ve adopted in recent years:

Just-in-time (JIT) philosophy

At Stanley Joinery we apply JIT concepts and techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste. This concept was pioneered by Japan’s leading manufacturing companies.

Offsite manufacturing

By manufacturing as much as we can at our fully-equipped premises, our work becomes more time and cost-efficient. Our CNC (computer numerical control) router ensures absolute precision and reduces material waste.

In-house spray painting
Our in-house spray painting facilities allow us to apply high quality coatings in a controlled environment, so that the resulting finishes will look better and last longer.

Stanley Quality Assurance (SQA)

Reinforcing Stanley Joinery’s commitment to customer satisfaction is the Stanley Quality Management programme, which requires us to audit every project we undertake, task by task. For our people, SQA is not a burden; it’s a way to ensure the high quality standards at Stanley Joinery never falter.
