Bay Audiology

Hear all about it!

A fitout project in the middle of a busy shopping mall in the months before Christmas presents what are euphemistically called ‘challenges’.

Through careful project management, Stanley Interiors handled the challenges with ease for Bay Audiology in Hamilton’s Chartwell Square.

As a new tenant in the mall, Bay Audiology needed brand-new facilities to serve Hamilton’s hearing-impaired. In the reception area, the Stanley team installed lacquered panels and a stunning striped aluminium feature wall. Beyond it, the testing room had to be soundproof.

The sound – and dust – from the building project could easily have been an issue for neighbouring businesses, but both were kept to a minimum.

“The Stanley team were great to work with,” says Kim Whyte, Westfield’s Chartwell Square facilities manager. “They did everything they could to minimise disruption during the fitout, and whenever there was a potential issue it was sorted out there and then."

Interior designer Josephine Meldgaard says: “Working with Stanley Interiors was fantastic. The fitout was completed within a tight timeframe to a high standard. We and our client are delighted with the result.”
