Don Stanley OBE

Chairman of Directors

With a construction industry and directorship career that spans more than 50 years, Don is Stanley Group’s most experienced sounding board. He has had several other directorship roles, including Bay of Plenty Electricity, Hutt Valley Energy Board, Hardware.com Ltd and was Chairman of Power NZ. Don was Director of Swimming for the 1990 Commonwealth Games and was awarded an OBE in 1991 for his services to swimming and Local Government.

A respected voice in the New Zealand construction industry, Kevin became Stanley Group’s managing director in 2002. With more than 25 years building experience, including 20 years in leadership roles, he has helped to cement the company’s reputation for conquering the toughest assignments.

Joinery and Modular Manager, Matamata (Director)

Brendan’s background as a quantity surveyor in NZ and the UK set him up perfectly for his management role with Stanley Modular. He has a strength for thinking creatively and conceptualising ideas.
Craig Davison

From his early days as a carpentry apprentice, Craig has shown a commitment to providing a quality job for his clients. His ability to manage difficult projects in challenging locations has seen him rise through the ranks to his current position.

Gary Caulfield

General Manager, Auckland

Gary is an innovative thinker with more than 20 years experience in the construction sector. He is an active member of the Project Management Insitute and a strong advocate for sustainability. Gary is one of a handful of people in New Zealand who have managed a project that has attained a Greenstar rating.

 Sheryl Dimmock

Group Accountant (BBS, PG Dip Bus (Bus.Law), ACIS)

Sheryl holds a BBS with a major in Accounting and finance. She has also completed a post graduate Diploma in Business Law and gained chartered accountant status in 1989. As the head of Stanley Group’s finance department, Sheryl ensures that our financial systems are as solid and accurate as the buildings we construct.
 

 Peter McNamee

QS Manager (Dip(QS) MRICS)

Peter holds a degree in Economics and Business Management as well as a diploma in Quantity Surveying. In 2001 he obtained membership of RICS. In 2006 he relocated his family from Scotland to New Zealand. Since then he has worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and with several significant projects under his belt now manages the Stanley’s QS Team.
